Photography Policy

Oakhurst provides an exquisite setting and we are happy to host your pre-scheduled photo session. Please review our guidelines below and reach out to us directly with any questions. 

Guests are encouraged to take photos on the grounds during their contracted event. Photography may be captured anywhere on site, within the fence lines of our property and does not require an additional fee. 

If you post your photos on social media, please tag us @oakhurstfarmweddings and be sure to "check-in" at Oakhurst Farm Weddings & Events!

The gardens and lakeside amenities at Oakhurst provide a beautiful backdrop for professional photographers. There is certainly no shortage of lovely photo opportunities!

Professional Photo Session                     $75/hour (family, prom, graduation, maternity) 

Photography Membership                      $250/year (eliminates per session fees, unless guest count exceeds maximum allowed, during a particular session.)

Submit the session availability form below and we will do our best to accommodate you. Professional session fee provides 1 hour on site and includes up to 6 *guests. Additional *guests are $10 each. 

All professional shoots require an appointment, must be pre-paid and check-in upon arrival. If the photo session involves more than one professional photographer, a separate rental fee is required for each one.

*Guests are any persons that will be participating in the photos.

*Photo Session Fees do not include a photographer.

*Engagement/Wedding Photography is strictly prohibited unless couple is contracted with Oakhurst.

* Do not block entrances, pathways, or Garden areas for use by others in any way, including parking. Please remain on pathways and grassy turf at all times. This includes photographer, equipment, client(s), and props

• NO GLITTER, BALLOONS, CONFETTI, SMOKE BOMBS or anything that leaves debris and/or causes damage. Photographers will be charged a cleanup fee of no less than $75 for any damage caused by them or their clients.
• Re-location of benches or any outdoor furniture/fixtures is prohibited. Do not disturb or remove plants, plant labels, or containers.

Photography Procedures

• Complete the Photo Session Request Form below.
• If your photography request is approved, sign and return your photography agreement form along with full payment in advance.
• In the event of inclement weather, the photography session can be re-scheduled or a refund will be issued.
